Are TOP tampons as absorbent as other brands?
Yes! Our tampons conform to the standard absorbencies of up to 6g for Light, 6-9g for Medium, 9-12g for Super, and 12-15g Super Plus. It is important to use the correct absorbency on your period.

How often should I change my tampon?
It is recommended to your tampon every 4-8 hours.

How much do regular/super tampons absorb?
Our tampons follow FDA absorbency guidelines. Regular tampons absorb up to 6-9 grams. Super tampons 9-12 grams.
